PLE has been an established name in Paris events for more than 15 years. Its growth was held back by organizational and operational bottlenecks: the scheduling, HR, and billing teams were buried under repetitive manual tasks. The owner spent around 13 hours a day on planning, HR management, and invoicing, at the expense of the core business and commercial development.
A full process audit, followed by the design and rollout of a tailored automation suite covering scheduling and staff assignments, recurring HR processes, and the end-to-end billing chain.
The owner's daily time on these tasks dropped from 13 hours to around 3. Activity grew 76% over the following year. Teams refocused on their core expertise and client relationships.
