Context

PLE has been an established name in Paris events for more than 15 years. Engagement

Context

ARS Agendis was overwhelmed with demand it could not absorb. Every administrative step (enrolment, completion, funding files) was handled manually by two full-time administrators and the owner. Engagement

Independent retailers

Context

Three retailers (an artisan butcher, a restaurateur, and a fashion boutique): strong craft, loyal local clientele, but a digital presence that was all but nonexistent or poorly used. No website or a dated one, an abandoned Facebook page, amateur Instagram, no click & collect or e-commerce, no structured loyalty program, and time lost on orders, stock, and customer relations. Revenue was capped by the catchment area and squeezed by chains and platforms.
