Compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data Controller

The data controller is Cylindrique Consulting, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris. For any question regarding your data: contact@cylindrique.com.

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as such an appointment is not mandatory given the nature of our activity. Your requests are handled through the contact address above.

Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

  • Lab application form : surname, first name, email, phone (optional), project name and description, stage, market, motivations, availability.
  • Booking a meeting : through the cal.com service (name, email, chosen time slot).
  • Client / commercial relationship : contact details, exchanges, reports and documents, in the context of an engagement.
  • Browsing : technical browsing data. Audience measurement is handled by Vercel Web Analytics, anonymously and without cookies (no personal data, no cross-site tracking, no profiling). No advertising cookies are used.

Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Respond to your enquiries and review your applications - pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
  • Manage the contractual relationship and our obligations - performance of the contract / legal obligation.
  • Improve the website and measure audience - consent, where non-essential cookies are used.

Recipients and Processors

Your data is processed by the Cylindrique team. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for prospecting purposes. We rely on the following processors:

  • Vercel (hosting, database, file storage and anonymous audience measurement);
  • cal.com (meeting bookings);
  • Resend (transactional email delivery).

Transfers Outside the European Union

Some processors (notably Vercel, cal.com, Resend) are established in the United States. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adherence to the Data Privacy Framework).

Retention Periods

  • Unsuccessful applications: 1 year, then deletion.
  • Inactive prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Clients: the duration of the contractual relationship, then archiving in accordance with legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure (restricted access, encryption of communications, authentication of internal access).

Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to set out directives regarding their fate after your death.

Cookies

The website uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation; no audience-measurement or advertising cookie is placed. Accordingly, no consent banner is required. Meeting bookings take place on the cal.com website, which applies its own cookie policy.
