PLE has been an established name in Paris events for more than 15 years. Its growth was held back by organizational and operational bottlenecks: the scheduling, HR, and billing teams were buried under repetitive manual tasks. The owner spent around 13 hours a day on planning, HR management, and invoicing, at the expense of the core business and commercial development.
ARS Agendis was overwhelmed with demand it could not absorb. Every administrative step (enrolment, completion, funding files) was handled manually by two full-time administrators and the owner.
